William Clayborn Wilson, Sr.

Mr. William Clayborn Wilson, Sr., 89, of Vancleave, died Monday, May 30, 2011 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Wilson was born on December 28, 1921. He served his country in the United States Air Force where he retired as a TSgt. Upon retirement, he was an active and successful Realtor in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was also a Mason and Shriner. He loved his grandchildren, hunting, and fishing. He will be missed by all members of his family. He is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Lyna Dee Wilson, and his son, Robert Wilson. Mr. Wilson is survived by his son, William C. (Nancy) Wilson, Jr. of Vancleave; daughter, Deborah Dee Grigg of Pawleys Island, South Carolina; and five grandchildren, Michael, Amber and Clay Wilson, Delia Bailey, and Dargen Grigg. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011 at Mussellwhite Cemetery in Kosciusko, Mississippi with military honors. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 4901 Jim Ramsey Road, Vancleave is in charge of arrangements.
