William “Corey” Vaughan, of Ocean Springs, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, MS with his beloved wife by his side.
Corey, 38, was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a hard working man and always strived to provide a wonderful life for his family. In his free time he enjoyed boating to the island, fishing, and relaxing at home with his wife, Briana and children, Baileigh and Cruz. Corey was full of life and always enjoyed gathering with family and friends where he brought lots of laughs with his great sense of humor. He always saw the good in others and strongly believed in giving opportunities to those in need. Corey faced every obstacle with a will do, can do attitude. When he met the love of his life, Briana, he knew immediately that they belonged together. They married in 1999 and created a beautiful family together that he was extremely proud of. Corey will be deeply missed and continued to be loved by many.
