Willie Rolkosky, Jr. was born on April 17, 1958, in Biloxi, MS to Willie and Celeste Rolkosky, Sr. Willie passed peacefully on February 25, 2021, surrounded by his family, after a long battle of Lung Cancer & Leukemia.
Willie was raised on 6th street on the “Point” in Biloxi, MS. Willie enjoyed fishing, playing cards, working on vehicles, spending time with family and friends and going to the Waffle House. He worked in the Seafood Industry and was a Truck Driver, hauling and delivering products all over the United States.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Alexander & Frances Rolkosky and Earl & Leona Cobb; his nephew, Alexander James Rolkosky; and his grandson, Samuel Cole LeBatard.
Willie is survived by his daughters, Gail Lamb of Biloxi, MS and Rachel (Cecil) McMurrian of Saucier, MS; his sons, Willie (Katherine) Rolkosky III and Robert James Rolkosky, all of Saucier, MS; his brothers, Dennis (Mec) Rolkosky of Ocean Springs, MS and Lonnie J. Rolkosky and Roger (Lorre) Rolkosky, all of Biloxi, MS; his sisters, Karen Sue Rolkosky of Yazoo City, MS and Nancy Fauth of Saucier, MS. He is also survived by his grandchildren; his nieces & nephews; numerous cousins; and several special friends and others that Willie considered his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 1:00 pm at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home located at 675 Howard Avenue, Biloxi, MS.
