Wilma was born in Haines City, Florida on May 14th, 1926. She grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida moving to the Gulf Coast in 1947. A fifty year resident of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, yet she resided in Orlando, Florida since Hurricane Katrina. She passed into eternity on Wednesday, September 13th, 2006. The wife of Frank A. Bosco, whom preceded her in death, December 1975. She is survived by her sister, Carolyn Morang of Riceville, TN, daughter, Sylvia Bosco of Ocean Springs, MS and her son, Joseph Bosco residing in Beijing, China. She has four grandchildren, Chris Davis of Orlando, FL, Julian Davis of Atlanta, GA, Dr. Reagan Wilson, DVM of Austin, TX, and Joseph Bosco, Jr. of New Orleans, LA. Wilma was involved in her community as an active member of Ocean Springs Presbyterian Church, long-time co-owner of Bosco’s Italian Restaurant in Biloxi and member of the Hospital Auxilary Guild. She will be best remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Wilma was known for her love of life, vibrant personality, and gift of hospitality. She made 509 Front Beach Drive a place where everyone felt safe and loved. Just being there with her made you feel like all your dreams were possible. She loved her Lord Jesus and is now at home with Him. Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Ocean Springs on Monday, September 18, 2006. Visitation begins at 12 noon and the funeral service is to follow at 2 pm. She will be laid to rest at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
