Wilma Louise Massie

Wilma Louise Massie, age 76, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Gulfport, MS. Mrs. Massie and her husband, known as "Capt. Charlie," were in the Gulf Coast shrimping business and operated a shrimp boat out of the Gulfport Harbor for years until retirement. She also attended Robinwood Baptist Church in Saucier. Wilma was born April 14, 1941 in Montgomery, WV and is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie E. Massie. Survivors include her children, Benita Webb (Tony), Allan Massie (Debbie), and Deanna Holmes (Robin); her seven grandchildren; and her eight great-grandchildren. Services were held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport. Interment was in Rouse Cemetery in Saucier.
