Wilmer "Dave" Roscoe Davis

Wilmer R. “Dave” Davis, 75, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 in Biloxi. Dave, as so many knew him, was a native of McDowell, Virginia and a retired USAF Veteran. He devoted his life to serving the country that he loved. Dave was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie R. and Grace Davis; two brothers; and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Essie I. Concord Davis; his children, Greg (Lori) Davis and Ronda (Mel) Hills; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Anthony) Garibay, Sarah (Byron) Smith, Bradley Davis, Eric Hills and Brittany Davis; six great-grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2012 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
