Wilson "Woody" Woods

Wilson "Woody" Woods, 75 of Biloxi died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in Ocean Springs. Woody was a resident of Biloxi for the past 33 years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed creating woodwork crafts. He retired as a Master Sergeant with 26 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. Woody also worked at the base commissary for 13 years Woody is preceded in death by his parents, Guy Woods, Sr. and Lucy Woods, sisters, Irene Duly, Inez Farr, Ernestine Walker. Survivors include his wife, Ann Woods, daughters, Gail (Glenn) Simmons of Biloxi, Janet (Charles) Hebert of Vancleave, brother, Jimmy Woods of Booneville, MS, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 15, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Service is Thursday, October 16, 2008, 11:15 a.m. Both will take place at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes.
